Rebeca is the COO and CFO of MacRebur Southern California.  She was previously the lead-contractor managing all finances for communication systems on all new construction ships in the United States Navy, as well as the Virginia Class Submarines and the Missile Defense Agency.  She is a former KPMG auditor, as well as Sarbanes Oxley Compliance analyst at Sony Corporation of America.  She is passionate about finding practical and fiscally responsible ways of growing sustainability efforts within companies’ existing capabilities, as well as finding cost savings for companies while furthering their green initiatives.
